About me

Hi, I'm Georgina and I'm an A level student based in England! I am currently studying Chemistry, Physics, Maths (and Further AS) and Music. I am an aspiring Chemistry student who has a deep interest in Music as well. If you know me well you will know that my music taste is very varied and I can be found listening to anything from jazz to rock, German lieder to minimalism.

Alongside my love of music I have a love of learning, I am really interested in broadening my knowledge and ideas. My interest in chemistry really is stemmed from the fact that in many senses it is the science which links Biology and Physics, and thus explains the building blocks of life.

On this blog I will be sharing my ideas and the results of my research in certain areas!

My first article was published to Narrative collections which is "a student-run platform empowering youth and amplifying voices". You can find them at narrativecollections.org or take a peek at their instagram.

Between August and November 2020 I wrote for the Brightside magazine which was founded by a close friend of mine, however I have since left in order to focus on writing more science based articles.

Currently I am writing for a site called "Thinking Out Loud" which is another student-led initiative which publishes articles about many different subjects by a large team of people of which I proud to be a part of!!
